Zollex CARB & FLAP CLEANER is a high-performance aerosol cleaner formulated for quick and efficient removal of carbon buildup, varnish, oil deposits, and other persistent contaminants from carburetors, throttle bodies, intake systems, and metallic engine parts. It helps restore proper airflow, improve throttle response, and maintain fuel efficiency.

Thanks to its high-pressure spray and fast-evaporating formula, the cleaner penetrates deep into hard-to-reach areas and leaves no residue after drying — making it ideal for professional servicing and garage maintenance.

⚠️ Important Preparation Step:
Before cleaning, it is essential to remove all rubber components such as gaskets, O-rings, and seals, as well as plastic inserts or parts that may be sensitive to aggressive solvents. These materials can degrade, swell, or lose elasticity when exposed to strong cleaning agents. If possible, disassemble the part to isolate only the metal components for treatment.

APPLICATION:

  1. Turn off the engine and let the component cool down.

  2. Remove any rubber seals, gaskets, O-rings, and plastic details.

  3. Shake the can vigorously.

  4. Apply the spray directly to the dirty area using the red straw for precision.

  5. Allow to soak for a few seconds.

  6. Use a brush if necessary.

  7. Wipe with a clean cloth or blow off with compressed air.

  8. Reassemble and ensure all parts are dry before starting the engine.

Note: Not suitable for painted, plastic, or rubber surfaces.
