High-Temperature Anti-Seize Spray

Zollex Copper Lubricant is a high-performance anti-seize and assembly spray designed for metal components subjected to extreme heat, pressure, or corrosive environments. Its copper-rich formula ensures excellent thermal conductivity, protection against seizure, and long-term resistance to corrosion and wear. Ideal for brake caliper bolts, exhaust manifold studs, spark plugs, wheel hubs, and other components exposed to high stress.

⚠️ Important Compatibility Warning:
Do not use copper-based lubricants on aluminum or magnesium parts. Copper can cause galvanic corrosion when applied to dissimilar metals like aluminum or magnesium, especially in the presence of moisture or electrolytes (e.g., road salt). This electrochemical reaction can accelerate surface degradation, weakening structural integrity and causing pitting or failure over time.

APPLICATION:

1. Shake the can well before use.

2. Clean and dry the application surface.

3. Spray evenly on threads or contact areas from a distance of 15–20 cm.

4. Allow a few moments for solvent evaporation before assembling parts.

5. Wipe excess compound if necessary.
