This high-performance aerosol paint is specially formulated to withstand continuous heat exposure up to +600°C without cracking, peeling, or discoloration. Designed for coating parts exposed to direct thermal stress, it provides a durable, heat-stable protective layer with excellent adhesion to metal surfaces.

  • Drying time:

    • Surface-dry: 15–20 min

    • Heat-curing required for full hardness: bake at 200–250°C for 30–60 min

  • Coverage: 1.2–1.5 m² per can

  • Finish: Available in matte black, silver, aluminum, graphite grey, and other metallic tones

  • Chemical resistance: Resistant to oils, fuels, corrosion, and weather once cured

Application:

  1. Surface preparation: Remove rust, oil, dirt, and loose coatings. Degrease thoroughly.

  2. Shake well for 2–3 minutes before use.

  3. Spray from a distance of 20–30 cm in thin, even coats.

  4. Let air-dry for 30 minutes. For optimal hardness and heat resistance, cure in a heated environment.

  5. Avoid exposure to moisture or heavy abrasion until fully cured.
