APPLICATION:

1. Surface Preparation:
   Ensure mating threads are clean and dry. Remove oils, dirt, and previous adhesive residues using a suitable degreaser or solvent cleaner.

2. Product Application:
   Shake well before use. Apply a small amount of threadlocker to the male threads of the fastener. For blind holes, also apply into the female threads.

   • Ideal for fasteners from 6 mm to 22 mm in diameter.

   • For best results on through bolts, apply to both mating threads.

3. Assembly:
   Assemble and tighten the fastener to the specified torque. The product cures in the absence of air (anaerobic cure) when confined between metal surfaces.

4. Curing Time:
   Fixture time is typically 10–20 minutes depending on materials and conditions. Full cure is achieved in 24 hours at room temperature. Do not disturb the assembly during this period.

5. Disassembly:
   Zollex Blue Threadlocker is designed for easy disassembly using standard hand tools. No heat is required. If more resistance is felt, apply steady torque without excessive force.
