Description:
Zollex Underbody Protection Coating is a durable, asphalt-based aerosol designed to create a robust barrier against corrosion, moisture, road salt, and mechanical abrasion. Formulated with a blend of bitumen, protective resins, and mineral fillers, it forms a long-lasting elastic film that adheres strongly to the vehicle’s undercarriage and wheel arches. The coating effectively shields metal surfaces from rust, stone chips, and impact damage, significantly prolonging vehicle lifespan in all weather conditions.

Formulated with high-performance waterproofing agents, Zollex Underbody Coating creates a dense and resilient film that shields metal surfaces from corrosion and road damage. Reinforced with fine mineral additives, the coating delivers excellent mechanical strength and long-lasting adhesion to treated areas. Advanced solvent technology ensures smooth application, deep penetration, and even coverage, while a powerful propellant system guarantees consistent spray performance in every use.

APPLICATION:

  1. Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly. Remove rust, old coatings, and dirt.

  2. Shake the can vigorously for 2–3 minutes before use.

  3. Spray evenly from a distance of 20–30 cm.

  4. Apply in several thin layers for best results. Allow each layer to dry slightly before the next.

  5. Avoid applying to hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.

  6. Dry to touch in approx. 30 minutes; fully cures within 24 hours (depending on layer thickness and conditions).

  7. After use, invert the can and spray for 2 seconds to clear the nozzle.

⚠️ Note: Not suitable for application on moving or heated parts (e.g., exhaust systems). Always use in a well-ventilated area. Store at temperatures between 10–25°C.
